Sonia Ovenden is an award-winning transformational life coach, TEDx speaker and a three times international best-selling author who has shared the stage with world renowned thought leaders including Les Brown, Mary Morrissey, Gay Hendricks, Natalie Ledwell and Marisa Peer to name a few.
